Purpose and Value addition are two most important factors for Sudarshan personally and professionally. The core belief that drives him to excel is that every action needs to have a purpose and every effort needs to add value. With a Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering, Sudarshan started his career with one of India's largest Conglomerates- Godrej group. Godrej gave Sudarshan the perfect opportunity to express himself as a marketer with a thorough exposure to the arduous Indian market.
In the 3-year stint at Godrej, Sudarshan led development of new products and marketing strategies, won new customers, managed the country wide distribution network, drove sales and led the critical Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiative of the organization. Sudarshan drew inspiration and enthusiasm from the fact that countless consumers, on a daily basis, use the products that he had been involved in development of. Currently, Sudarshan leads the Digital Marketing and Digital Transformation initiative at the Global Headquarters of the International Advertising Association (IAA) in New York; an organization that has the perfect mix of purpose, value and benevolence to the Marcom industry as well as the World in general. At IAA, Sudarshan leverages the latest and the best technology and innovation and couples them with age old timeless principles of marketing to help IAA become a global powerhouse of a brand. |
