Laurie Telesco has over 30 years experience in the Human Resources field in the insurance, financial services and entertainment technology industries. With various leadership roles, she focuses in as a Senior Human Resources Partner where she enjoys all aspects of people strategies for her line of business. Laurie has been on many mergers and acquisitions teams, start up organizations and has improved the effectiveness of many established teams.

​She graduated from Fordham University, has a Masters Degree in Organizational Design and Development from Manhattaville College. She holds certifications from Lominger Inc for Leadership Architecture and Interview Architecture, and has a certification from Peter Druckers Org Design theory. Laurie is an expert on remote work-forces and has over 25 years personal experience with various models of remote strategies.
