During her 30-year career, Christine has provided program and project consulting on complex global real estate projects. During this time, she has been able to deliver value, develop and implement business innovations, and create strategic initiatives.
In addition, she continues to provide business-critical solutions that have improved speed to market, flexibility, and planning capabilities supporting global real estate portfolios. Christine has spent her career contributing to shaping the New York City real estate environment. She offers expertise in owner/tenant engagement strategies, risk mitigation preparedness, as well as smart-building insights measuring and monitoring - energy, air quality and occupancy. With a focus on PropTech, Christine looks forward to a future in the commercial real estate, which leverages data and analytics to develop a healthier and more energy efficient work environment. As a firm believer in the power of education to change lives, Christine is proud to be a member of the Ambassador Council for New York City’s Nontraditional Employment for Women and was honored to be appointed to Pace University’s Advisory Board for the Pace Lubin School of Business, Going Virtual Certificate Program. Christine holds a bachelor of science degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology College of Architecture, Design & Construction Management and is in the process of completing her MBA.
